Participant Requirements

Experience Outdoors Zipline experience is designed for participants in good health. Due to the nature of the activity and for safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone.

  • Must be able to comfortably reach overhead to a height of five feet when standing flat-footed.
  • Be in good health and prepared to participate in an active tour.
  • Be able to comfortably walk at least one mile.
  • Be able to comfortably hold both hands overhead.

You Cannot Participate if You:

  • If you are pregnant
  • Have any recent, re-occurring, or existing injuries.
  • Have a serious musculoskeletal disorder.
  • Have epilepsy or a seizure disorder that does not permit you to drive in the state of New York.
  • Have a serious heart condition.
  • Have any known health condition that would require immediate medical attention in the event of an emergency.
  • Are under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or legal drugs that may impair your abilities.

Are reservations required?

Reservations are strongly recommended. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you, we will try to accommodate walk-in’s if we have space available.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our zipline tour operates in all weather, unless extreme winds or lightning occur. Guests may be notified at anytime regarding a tour cancellation. If your tour is cancelled, we will offer you the opportunity to re-book your tour according to your schedule and our availability.

What are your age and weight requirments?

All participants must be at least 9-years-old and weighing between 70- and 265-pounds.
